Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Sutly, which runs Sutly (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Your account

• Give accurate information when you sign up and keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
• One person may not create multiple accounts to get around a suspension or our limits.

2. What you may not link to

You may not use Sutly to create or share links that lead to, or are used for:

• phishing, fake login or payment pages, or attempts to collect passwords, OTPs or bank details;
• malware, viruses, spyware or any harmful or deceptive download;
• scams, fraud, fake offers, pyramid schemes or unsolicited bulk messages (spam);
• content that is illegal in India or where the visitor is located, including child sexual abuse material, terrorism or incitement to violence;
• harassment, threats, hate speech, or sharing someone's private information without permission;
• material that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights;
• other link shorteners or redirect services (to hide the real destination), or tools that log visitors' IP addresses;
• sexually explicit content.

You also may not try to overload, attack, scrape or get around the security of the Service, or create links automatically in large numbers without our permission.

3. What we may do

To keep the Service safe, we may, without notice, refuse a link, disable any link, block a website, or suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe breaks these terms or puts visitors at risk. Where it makes sense, we will tell you why. We may also report illegal activity to the authorities.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the links and titles you create. You give us permission to store them and to redirect visitors as needed to run the Service. You confirm that you have the right to share every link you create.

5. Advertising

The Service is free and supported by ads, which may appear on pages of the Service. Ads are never placed between a short link and its destination.

6. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep links working, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. We may change, limit or stop features; if we ever shut down the Service, we will try to give account holders reasonable notice so they can export their links.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Sutly is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from websites that short links point to, which we do not control. Our total liability for any claim relating to the free Service is limited to ₹1,000.

8. Ending your use

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account page. Sections 4, 6, 7 and 9 continue to apply after your account ends.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at India, India.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If changes are important, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept them.
